$250.00

Do you ever listen to someone talk about compensation and wish you had a better understanding of what they meant? Have you ever wondered how to set pay for individual employees? And what does it mean when people talk about matching the market? What if you could get all your compensation questions answered in one day?

Well, you can! All Things Compensation is designed to teach you what you need to know to set up and administer a compensation program. We’ll cover both the art and science of compensation. You will learn:

  • How your business strategy should drive your compensation philosophy
  • How to select the “right” market data to benchmark your jobs
  • How to establish pay ranges for your jobs
  • Whether you need pay ranges or a salary structure
  • How to determine your annual salary adjustment budget
  • How to set up a merit-based pay system
  • Basics of an incentive pay program
