In today’s world, a successful HR professional wants a seat at the table and have input and influence on the strategic plan of the company. This is all well and good, assuming you understand what strategic management is. The workshop is designed to help HR professional understand what HR strategic planning is, what it looks like, and how to implement it at your company. We take HR professionals through everything they need to know to apply HR strategic thinking and planning to their HR department and leadership team.
After this 4-hour course you will walk away with:
- A definition and understanding of what strategic management and planning is
- Knowledge of a variety of topics of HR strategic management, including employee engagement, organizational development, and change management
- An understanding of the state of HR today including top HR challenges for 2019/ 2020 and the future of HR
- Knowledge of how to develop your own professional career and that of the employees in your organization
