HR Support Roundtable Webinar

During these challenging COVID-19 times, we business owners, HR professionals, and managers are looking for resources to help us think through what we need to do to best manage the situation for both our businesses and our employees. Join the ATHR team each Wednesday, from 8 am – 9 am, for a free support webinar to talk through all these things.

Here are a few questions we have received this week that we will be address during our next HR Support Group/Roundtable on April 22nd:

  • If an employee has been gone first on FMLA (12 weeks last year) then PFL (this year)and has not returned to work nor worked another 1250 hours of work are they eligible to use any of the FFCRA leaves when they do return?
  • What do you see the roll back to work looking like?  Do you think all employees will come back all at once or a rotation for several weeks, etc.?
  • We are bringing a few of our employees back from standby unemployment to work at home. The ESD suggested I should send each of them a letter to clarify their return from standby? Do you have any template for that? What do you suggest the letter to say?

Not knowing how many people we will have on the call, the more pre-submitted questions or topics that you are wanting to discuss will be greatly appreciated in helping us prepare for the webinar.
