In this third workshop to our Leadership Series we will go over what it takes for leaders to effectively manage accountability and employee recognition.


After this 4-hour course you will walk away with:

  • An understanding of talent acquisition management including talent assesment

  • Knowledge of how to manage diversity as a leader

  • An understanding of strategic performance management

  • Ideas on how to recognize and retain talent
