Managing employee leaves – the biggest headache of them all! How does one handle them all and stay in compliance? In this seminar we cover a variety of employee leaves that every HR professional needs to be aware of and be ready to administer and manage appropriately, especially in this new world of PSSL.
After this 4-hour course you will walk away with:
- An understanding of different types of employee leaves and how to handle/manage them
- Information on both Washington State Paid Sick and Safe Leave and Seattle Paid Sick and Safe Leave and how best to manage them.
- An understanding of various kinds of leave and how to handle them including FMLA, non-FMLA, General, and Paid Family Medical Leave
