As a manager you set the tone and expectations on how sensitivity, diversity, and harassment claims are handled in your organization. This course will cover many topics in this area that are not only good to be aware of in order to be a successful manager, but it will also cover many of the laws you need to be in compliance with. The information covered in this course is essential for every manager to be up to date on, new or seasoned.

After this 4-hour course you will walk away with:

• An understanding of what Anti-Discrimination, Anti-Harassment, Sensitivity, Diversity, is and how they pertain to your role as a manager
• An understanding of ADA (Americans with Disability Act), WLAD (Washington Law Against Discrimination) and what accommodation expectations employers and managers need to consider
• A framework to recognize and eliminate unconscious biasness
