Workers Compensation Program (L&I)- What Every Employer Needs to Know

Do you know how Worker’s Compensation claims are processed? Do you know the record-keeping requirements for claims?

Every company is required to pay taxes for L&I, Washington State’s Worker’s Compensation program. If you aren’t aware of how the program works or what to do if you need to challenge a claim; this class will give you an overview. You’ll also learn best practices to ensure you keep on-the-job injuries to a minimum.
