For the smaller employer, HR usually shoulders the role of Safety Officer and Administrator. We can assume this role for you, ensuring accident forms are completed and logged onto the OSHA 300 reports. We can follow up with your employees on their status and well-being, ensuring proper communication is occurring with L&I and your employee’s doctor. We can also manage and facilitate your Safety Committees including monthly meetings. We can also assist you in designing your Accident Prevention Plan. Whatever role an HR Manager would assume related to safety and risk management in a small company, we can take on that role for you.
