Mary Bollard

Marketing Assistant

Mary joined the All Things HR team as the Marketing Assistant after working at the company in various administrative and internship positions while earning her degree. Her goal is to make everyone as passionate about All Things HR and their services as she is. She enjoys event planning and digital marketing as well as her administrative duties.

When she is not working, you can find Mary spending time with her friends and family. She loves spending time on the water and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Sara Bray

Sr HR Consultant

Sara enjoys developing and supporting HR teams and programs that support business where it is. She has very strong business acumen, an ability to work with leaders and HR team members to help them effectively meet their goals, and she loves to experience many diverse industries.

Businesses vary, but in all cases, they are dependent up on having the right people to be successful, and the right tools in place to find those people, and then to keep them engaged and satisfied. She gets tremendous satisfaction helping individuals and businesses get even just a little better.

Originally from Southern California and upstate New York, Sara has now lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. She love it here, even the rain! She is married with two grown children, two beautiful grandchildren and the sweetest Goldendoodle puppy.

Nicole Brown

HR Assistant

An emerging HR professional, Nicole is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree through Western Governor’s University after deciding that a career change was in order. Nicole was first drawn to the legal and compliance practices that are found within Human Resources as she enjoys working through the process that organizes companies and people.

Outside of work she can be found tending to her flock of chickens, working in the garden, shuttling her active teenage daughter around, being on the water and spending time with her hubby and 130lb yellow Lab.

Linda Christie, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

HR Consultant

Linda is an experienced human resource professional, with emphases in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compliance, Training and Development.

Developing cross-functional relationships together with her strong ability to coach has enabled her to be more effective in her work. She incorporates her creative streak and love of writing into her work, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and influencing culture, positive employee relations, change management, and development of employees and managers.

Linda loves animals, being outdoors, and creative endeavors such as mosaic and writing. Annual treks to Baja for snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, and beach combing.

Heidi Clary, SPHR

Heidi focuses on Employee Relations, Training, Onboarding, Performance Management, Coaching and mentoring.

She believes people are the most important asset to any organization and her interest in HR stems from a desire to support the human aspect of business. HR plays an integral role in the success of businesses, regardless of the size. Customer service, integrity, seeing businesses grow and succeed using best practices, and assisting in the creation of positive change are the foundations of how she functions as a consultant.

Heidi’s life outside her work is focused on family – her spouse, three children and one dog. She loves outdoor sports – skiing, hiking, biking, and kayaking.  She is also an avid traveler, organic gardener, and reader of good literature.

A Broad Generalist, Jas has experience across multiple industries including healthcare, aerospace and manufacturing, including 20+ years of recruiting experience/employee relations

She aims to ensure confidence, confidentiality and a collaborative partnership with her clients. Her end goal is to provide the best HR Services to all of my clients/customers; arming them with the information they need to make the best decisions for their organizations.

She enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons; running outdoors and reading.

Angela Goto, PHR, SHRM-CP

Sr HR Consultant / HR Lead

Angela Goto is a collaborative human resource professional with fifteen years of HR experience gained in a fast paced, results orientated environment. She has worked with workgroups both large and small union and non-union environments.

Before Joining All Things HR team in Lynnwood & Seattle areas, Angela was a Human Resource Business Partner at a WA based community bank. Her role as strategic partner in supporting forty-eight branches in western WA and northern CA included a string focus in employee relations, investigations, performance management and recruitment.

Angela’s career began in the northwest division of a national department store.  She served in several Human Resource positions of increasing responsibility in the stores, the Division Headquarters, and finally as the Regional Recruiter for twelve stores in western and central WA. She demonstrates a commitment to building a solid partnership with managers and employees to meet objectives consistent with an organization’s values and priorities. Angela likes to imagine the role of HR as helping leadership grow their business through the performance of people.

Angela is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). In her free time, she enjoys the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, watching a hometown team, or indulging in some local cuisine.

Heather McKnight, SPHR, SHRM-CP

Heather is a results-driven, high-performing and resourceful Human Resources professional. As a business partner, she translates organizational objectives into HR strategy, initiatives and tactics. Always a critical thinker, Heather enjoys the developing inventive solutions to enhance employee capability and engagement to drive business results.

While Heather has expertise in most HR areas, she is especially adept (and loves) change management, coaching/consulting, culture, organizational redesign and recruitment/workforce planning. She has been acknowledged for her strategic facilitation, workshop creation and program/project management skills. She has also managed HR-teams and led cross-functional teams.

Heather’s strength is tied to her innate ability to connect with people and her balanced approach to HR. Heather is a trusted advisor to business leadership and valued resourced to the workforce she supports. She prides herself on delivering exceptional work product and superior service to others.

Heather has an award-winning record of accomplishment and has worked for industry leaders including Booz Allen Hamilton, FedEx Express, Hawaiian Electric Company and Weyerhaeuser. She is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner/Train-the-Trainer.

Heather is also an accomplished, former sailor having completed multiple blue-water passages on a 37-ft sailing vessel. As a member of two-person crew, Heather planned, equipped, prepared and sailed more than 8,000 miles from Canada to Mexico, French Polynesia and Hawaii.

Angela Phillips, MBA

HR Consultant / Recruiting Lead

Angela Phillips brings over 12 years of Human Resources experience within the technology and hospitality industries working primarily with small and mid-sized companies throughout the United States.  She has been involved with numerous start-up HR departments.  Angela brings experience in multiple areas of Human Resources including: Recruiting, HR management, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits.

Prior to joining All Things HR, Angela was an HR and customer service consultant with On Target Consulting.  She began her HR career with Radisson Resorts moving from a generalist role to the Human Resources Manager. From there she moved to a Corporate Trainer with Golden Bear Club Services and the Human Resources Manager for Apptix (formerly TeleComputing) and Midwest Resorts. Angela also worked as a Congressional Aide helping constituents work through questions and problems with governmental agencies.

Angela is passionate about helping companies with recruiting strategies and finding top talent that aligns with a company’s culture. With her diverse HR background she is a valuable HR business partner.

She loves to walk, watch sporting events and spend time with her family.

Marissa Pozega

HR Consultant

Marissa excels in onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and employee wellness.

People are the biggest asset to a company, so listening, investing and engaging employees increases productivity, which in turn directly impacts the bottom line favorably. She believes a strong onboarding program along with employee development is key in any company.

Marissa enjoys spending time and making memories with her husband, two kids, family and dear friends. Additionally, she can be found volunteering in kid’s classrooms, doing anything outdoors, and slowly chipping away at bucket list of tropical travels.

Karin Rasmusson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Karin brings over 20 years of human resources experience to All Things HR in Lynnwood, WA and has enjoyed every bit through the satisfaction that comes with the success of her colleagues due to the contributions she’s made.

Prior to joining All Things HR in Lynnwood, WA Karin was Director of Human Resources for Cruise West where she managed a team of six responsible for hiring over 200 employees per year. When Cruise West acquired Clipper Cruise lines in 2006, Karin oversaw the largest influx of new employees in company history. Her team processed over 100 Clipper employees in just under two days, which included managing two sets of personnel processes designed to introduce and encourage adoption of the Cruise West brand and values.

Karin has also held the title of Human Resources Manager for Personnel Management Systems Incorporated where her primary function was to help small to mid-size companies in a variety of industries establish or improve their human resources functions.
Karin has extensive experience in all aspects of human resources including compensation and benefits, and greatly enjoys helping her colleagues find creative solutions to complicated challenges.

In her free time, Karin volunteers for an organization titled Outdoors for All, which offers kids with disabilities an opportunity to experience the great outdoors in a variety of ways. She too loves to run, hike and ski every chance she gets, and feels the same way about travel. And when she’s not doing either of those, she can be found hiking, traveling or skiing.

Suzan Sturholm, SPHR

Suzan is the President of All Things HR, LLC.  She has more than twenty five years of human resources, executive level management and business development experience, with specialties in employee relations, training and development, strategic planning and creating and restructuring effective and efficient HR Departments.

Suzan is an innovative HR professional skilled at creating cost-effective solutions for complex business problems. She has been recognized for her vision, strategic planning and tactical implementation.  Suzan is a results-orientated professional and has experience with both union and non-union settings.

Suzan believes that good HR helps provide a solid foundation for a growing company.  Her passion is in facilitating the structuring of clients HR departments that will help to grow and nurture long-term and loyal employees which will in turn grow the client’s business.

Through her approach, she helps managers develop responsibilities to hire and develop engaged, passionate, dedicated employees. She engages executive teams to train and develop passionate, dedicated managers and supervisors. And her work includes guiding company presidents and CEOs in creating mission, vision, and company values to which everyone in the company can commit – including themselves.

When she’s not at the office, she can be found traveling the world, spending time with family, friends, and all things with fur and with four legs; and trying to live life to the fullest – every day.
