Depending on the industry you are in, there are different guidelines and requirements you need to follow to either re-turn to your office environment or re-open your business. These guidelines and requirements should be included and addresses in your COVID-19 Return to Work Plan. For many employers, an actual written COVID-19 Return To Work Plan is a “best practice” vs a requirement, however it is highly recommended and all are encourage to have something in place.
